Wellness Day to mark Brain Awareness Week - a day for people with neurological conditions to participate in workshops and talks. Places are limited, so booking is essential.

The day will include a personal story of managing a neurological condition and the choice of one of the following workshops in the morning and afternoon:

• Wellness and Stress Management

• Healthy living, diet and exercise

• Music Therapy

• Irish Set Dancing

• Caring for Carers 

• Tell your local politician

This joint event is funded through the Neurological Alliance Ireland and will see Neurological Organisations coming together
