The 2nd Annual Glenmalure Walking Festival will be based in the Wilderness Lodge Centre in the Scenic Valley of Glenmalure in the beautiful Wicklow Mountains. All proceeds go to MS Ireland

The Weekend offers a range of walking challenges varying from...

1. A Moderate Walk on Saturday - Departing 10 am on a looped walk onto the summits of Mullacor and Cullentragh Mountains (Time 4—5 Hours). Price €15 

2. A challenging Walk on Saturday - Departing 10 am along a forest track and onto the Lugnaquilla Massif to the summit of Ireland’s highest Mountain outside of Kerry (Time 6—7 Hours). Price €20

3. Glenmalure Historical Walk on Sunday - Departing 11 o’clock am along a forest track to explore the 1798 Rebellion and its tragic aftermath in the Wicklow Mountainsto follow in the footsteps of the United Irishmen who sought refuge here in the valley and continue the fight for Irish freedom (Time 3—4 Hours). Led by Wicklow writer and hill-walker - Denis Gill. Price €15
