Date/Time: 02 September 2015 - 11:00 to 12:00

Event Type: Living with MS Programme

Organiser: Western Regional Office: Mags Ryan

Region: West

Venue:

Primary Medical Centre
Ballina Co. Mayo

Brief Description Of Event:

People are welcome to attend any of the groups and before commencing in any of the groups each individual is assessed by a Chartered Physiotherapist and an appropriate programme/class is discussed with the individual.

If you have MS and you are experiencing any mobility issues or would just like to have an assessment and an exercise plan drawn that you can work with by yourself or with the assistance of your gym instructor please give us a call and we will arrange for an assessment for you. We know that appropriate exercise contributes greatly to reducing MS related fatigue, increasing walking speed, increasing endurance and reduces the risk of falls by improving balance. If you have had a recent diagnosis of MS or have had MS for many years and you want some good exercise tips why not give us a call in the Western Regional Office
