Desperately Seeking Tysabri

Tysabri has been available in Ireland for a number of years and while only suitable for a small number of people with MS, anecdotal evidence shows some of those people are not able to access the treatment.

As a campaigner for equal access to all MS treatments, MS Ireland is concerned by this and is planning a public awareness campaign to highlight the issue. We are looking for people who are experiencing difficulties accessing Tysabri who may be interested in sharing their story. If your neurologist has recommended Tysabri but you are on a waiting list, have been refused by a hospital or experienced other barriers to receiving Tysabri, we would love to hear from you. If you are interested and would like to learn more, contact Taragh Donohoe in MS Ireland for a chat. Email taraghd@ms-society.ie or call 01 678 1600
