Hands Up! Who wants to Trek?

As our new posters says, ‘Hands Up!’! Join us for some fun, fitness and friendship this year as we trek the exotic jungles of Borneo, the spiritual paths of the Camino de Santiago, or the Wilds of West Cork. Our treks are a fantastic opportunity to see the beauty of the world, home and abroad, while raising money for the services we provide to families living with MS.

Our treks are for anyone in good health and indeed some people with MS do take part. Experienced leaders and guides accompany all groups as does a trained health professional. Training and fundraising support is given to all walkers. You’ll have lots of opportunities to meet the people you will be trekking with at our weekend trekking events. Join our trekking community today!
