4 session course on Exercise and Movement with Physiotherapist (on zoom) for Newly Diagnosed People with MS (diagnosed within the last 3 years).    

The classes are on Mondays 29th March, 12th April, 26th April and 10th May from 7-8pm. 

The cost is €20. The number of places is limited.
