Online Yoga Course

An 8 week evening online course for People with MS to experience Yoga as a way of supporting positive health and well-being. This course can be followed from either a standing or seated position.

You need to register for this course in advance by completing the application form sent with the ECA Newsletter (Christmas Edition) or by contacting Linda Marshall in the Regional Office (Wed/Thurs 9.30am-1.30pm).
