MS Ireland is inviting you to get active doing the plank exercise challenge every day in March whilst raising vital funds for MS Ireland. The challenge can be done in one go or a few times to reach a total of just 3 minutes each day in March. This challenge can be adapted to different levels and accessibilities so everyone can participate.
