Weekly Physiotherapist led Exercise Classes for people with MS  – a course for people with MS to experience exercise as a way of supporting positive health and wellbeing.  Classes are held on Fridays at 10am online via Zoom. MS Ireland Donegal Branch is pleased to invite members, their families, and anyone interested in learning more about multiple sclerosis to our upcoming Information Day on Saturday, 18 July, at The Halfway House, Burnfoot, Co. Donegal.

Join the MS Roscommon Branch for a friendly coffee morning at the Percy French Hotel, Strokestown, on Monday, 20 July, from 10am to 12 noon. Open to anyone living in County Roscommon with Multiple Sclerosis, or caring for someone with MS. Come along for a warm cup of coffee, support, friendship, and conversation. All are welcome.
