These physiotherapist-led exercise classes are designed to support people with MS in improving their health and wellbeing through safe, guided physical activity.

An 8 Week Morning Online Course for People with MS to experience Yoga as a way of supporting positive health and well-being. This course can be followed from either a standing or seated position. To book this class ring Linda or Aga on 01-4905933
