MS Ireland is assisting Novartis Ireland to conduct a survey about your MS relapse experiences.
The aim of this survey is to review how people with MS deal with relapses.
The questionnaire itself should only take 6 minutes of your time to complete. We would like to stress that all replies are in strict confidence and only collated data are disclosed.
