Join us for a morning of relaxation to mark World MS Day. We invite individuals living with Multiple Sclerosis in Monaghan to unwind and rejuvenate during a special 2-hour guided meditation session in Carrickmacross.

We will have an information stand in Letterkenny Shopping Centre as part of our World MS Day on Friday 31st May from 10.00am. Experienced MS Ireland staff will be on hand to answer any questions and provide information with regard to living with MS.
We will have ample written material and booklets on all aspects of living with MS to take away.
