This webinar provides the latest evidence based research on the disease modifying effects of regular exercise on MS. However, the way you exercise does have to change, this is not only to ensure you achieve the best outcomes, and it is not the case of struggling through fatigue and symptom flare ups. This talk will provide you with an overview of how to manage fatigue and heat sensitivity and actually how much exercise you need to do at different stages of MS.
