Join our online Physiotherapist-Led Exercise Classes. These classes provide an opportunity to take part in guided exercise led by a qualified physiotherapist from the comfort of your own home.

Classes take place online every Thursday at 9:45 AM and are delivered by Stephen Corridan. The programme is available under Strand A/B and has a €25 donation.
