Join our online Physiotherapist-Led Exercise Classes, starting Monday, 21 September 2026. These classes provide an opportunity to take part in guided exercise led by a qualified physiotherapist from the comfort of your own home.

Classes take place online every Monday at 6 PM and are delivered by Nicola O’Malley. The programme is available under Strand A/B and has a €25 donation.
