The event is being provided by Mental Health Ireland on Saturday 16th February 10am – 1pm in the Nuremore Hotel Carrickmacross. The session is called 'Mental Health & Wellbeing' and is one of Mental Health Ireland's suite of mental health promotion workshops. It is an in interactive workshop where participants gain a greater understanding of mental health both generally and in terms of their own lives. MHI use group exercises and discussion to explore attitudes and reduce stigma. Tips and tools are offered by way of The Five Ways to Wellbeing, an evidence based model of self care for wellbeing. If anyone would like to attend – they need to book a place with their community worker.
