Do you want to know more about multiple sclerosis (MS)? This course that has been specially curated in support of the MS International Federation World MS Day campaign 'My MS Diagnosis'. Join the free online course and learn about one of the most important moments in the MS journey – diagnosis.

We are delighted to invite families living with MS to a special day at Emerald Park. Priority will be given to those who haven't attended before. Tickets are All Access (excluding food), and children under 2 go free.

An Information day to celebrate World MS Day will take place on Friday, 16 May 2025 at the Newpark Hotel, Castlecomer Road, Kilkenny.  This is being organised by MS Ireland South East Regional Team.

Dr Sarah Casey, Principal Clinical Neuropsychologist, St Vincent's Hospital is our keynote speaker.  With diagnosis being the theme, Dr Casey will speak about the impact receiving a diagnosis of MS can have and some of the strategies and supports that people may find helpful when dealing with their diagnosis.  Sarah champions a compassionate, person-centred, rights-based approach in her clinical neuropsychology work with patients of the Neurology Department and their families and carers. 

We will also have a person with MS speaking about their MS diagnosis and personal experience of what has helped them manage the condition.

Join us for a get together to mark World MS Day, where as well as enjoying refreshments and good company, we join with B Braun in hosting Cara Buckley, Urology Clinical Nurse Specialist Bon Secours Hospital, Tralee, who will give a talk on urinary health and Multiple Sclerosis.

To mark World MS Day, join Ireland's only MS Writers Group for an evening of storytelling, with music from the talented Billy Proctor.

To mark World MS Day on 30th May 2025, the Meath Branch will host a wellness-themed coffee morning with mindfulness activities and an information stand at Claremont Stadium, Commons Road, Navan, Co. Meath. (Time TBC).

This event offers a space to relax, connect, and learn more about living with Multiple Sclerosis. All are welcome.

This event aims to raise awareness of Multiple Sclerosis and provide support and connection for those affected. All are welcome to attend and take part in a day of community and fun.

To mark World MS Day, join us for Betty Duffy’s 10th and final Tea Day, featuring lots of traditional homemade goodies throughout the day. All proceeds will support those living with Multiple Sclerosis in the Roscommon area.
