Date for your diary - Family Day on Saturday, 27th September in SETU Arena, Waterford.
This event is aimed at parents who have MS and their children (age 4-12 years). There will be a bouncy castle and games for the children while parents can enjoy a tea/coffee and a chat. Afterwards there will be lunch for everyone.

Six week physiotherapist led programme for people with MS. This is a Strand B programme, please contact us for more details if you are unsure about this. This is an online class.
Weekly In-Person Arts and Crafts Classes start in October (date and time TBC).
This programme will support people with MS by improving fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and cognitive function through creative activities. It also promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and encourages social connection.

The MS Ireland South East Regional Office are organising a meet up for people with MS aged 18 to 43 years living in the South East on Saturday, 18 October in the Marina Hotel, Waterford. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet with other people with MS (aged 18 to 43) enjoy some food and have a chat about anything that’s important to you.
