Sing for Fun – For People with MS 🎶

We meet monthly on Saturdays from 11am to 12:30pm at the Ballyroan Community & Youth Centre, Rathfarnham (D14 F1W1)

If possible, it would be great to include the following dates for the next few monthly sessions to help you plan ahead:

North East Region - Online "Time to Rest" Mindfulness - Morning Class

We would like to invite people living with MS to take part in a 6 week online, "Time to Rest" mindfulness class.  Participants will learn the basic skills of mindfulness and how to use these skills in their everyday lives to support them with their MS.  Classes will take place every Tuesday morning from 10.30am - 11.30am, online via Zoom for 6 weeks.

We would like to invite people living with MS to take part in a 6 week online "Time to Rest" mindfulness class.  Participants will learn the basic skills of mindfulness and how to use these skills in their everyday lives to support them with their MS. Classes will take place every Tuesday evening from 7.00pm - 8.00pm, online via Zoom for 6weeks.

North East Region - Louth Branch MS Remembrance Service

🌿 Louth Branch MS Remembrance Service🌿

We warmly invite you to join us on Sunday, 19th April at O'Connell's GAA, The Grove Field, Kilsaran, Castlebellingham, Co. Louth from 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

This special event is held every couple of years by the volunteer branches in the Northeast Regionand this year, the Louth Branch is delighted to host this meaningful occasion. 

It’s a time to remember and honour loved ones who have passed, reflect on their livescelebrate their memories, and support one another as a community.

Refreshments will follow.

Please RSVP to the Regional Office by early April.

We look forward to a reflective, comforting, and memorable afternoon together.
