MS Ireland has partnered with Sanofi Genzyme on The World vs.MS, a new, socially-driven initiative that aims to drive meaningful change in the lives of people living with MS and those who support them. By understanding their challenges, connecting people and driving innovation, our mission is to improve their everyday life.
After receiving a huge 103 challenges of living with MS from people all over the world, the final three challenges have been shortlisted by The World vs.MS Steering Committee and Judging Panel. It is now back over to the international MS community to come up with suggestions on how the challenges can be solved. Anyone can have an idea and that idea could be ‘the idea!’
The third and final challenge is from Paula in Spain. Paula struggles with temperature changes that particularly affect her feet:
“My feet are usually cold, or rather freezing. It’s a very uncomfortable feeling – a strange and numb sensitivity. And no matter how many socks, blankets, different sources of heat or hot water I apply, they will still be cold.”

The deadline for ideas is 25th October. The winner will gain access to up to €100,000 to turn the idea into a reality.
