Peers Support Needs in MS Survey

Joan Alaboson, a PhD student in the Department of Psychology at Maynooth University, supervised by Dr Rebecca Maguire and Dr Laura Coffey, is conducting a study that aims to explore the peer support needs of (1) people living with MS, and (2) family members/friends who provide care, help or support to someone with MS.

This survey, which takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete, includes questions about experiences and preferences for peer support, along with questions on psychological wellbeing, loneliness and social support. Findings may be helpful in informing the future provision of peer support services at MS Ireland.
