Peer Support Group for Young People with MS (Ages 18–45)
An opportunity for young people with MS to meet, chat and share experiences in a supportive environment.
Taking place fortnightly on Thursday evenings from 7pm to 8pm via Zoom on the following dates: April 9th & 23rd, May 7th & 21st.

Weekly Aqua Aerobics Programme for People with MS. This programme helps people with MS improve strength, flexibility and balance. It can also ease spasticity, boost confidence and support overall wellbeing.
Starting on Monday, May 11th, running weekly from 3pm to 4pm for 6 weeks, ending on June 22nd, at St Gabriel’s Hydrotherapy Pool.
