Join MS Ireland Western Region for a World MS Day Coffee and Calm morning on Wednesday 27 May from 11:00am to 1:00pm at the Clayton Hotel, Ballybrit, Galway.

This relaxing and welcoming event will feature a guided mindfulness and mini sound bath session with qualified mindfulness instructor and sound bath facilitator Katarzyna Slabon.

The event offers an opportunity to take time out, connect with others, and enjoy a calm and supportive environment while marking World MS Day.
