Yoga Class will run from the 8th of April for 10 weeks from 11am to 12.30pm. This class will be delivered by Brigid Power, Yoga Instructor.
Fee is €30
Yoga classes for people with MS led by Barbara Rocks. The course will run for 10 weeks from 11am -12pm.

Neurological Alliance of Ireland (NAI) will mark the launch of European Brain Month with a half day seminar. The event is open to all stakeholders with an interest in the design and delivery of services to people with neurological conditions and their families.

Special Delivery Unit: Department of Health
A focused workshop session involving all participants will focus on key themes including the need to develop community based responses to the needs of people with neurological conditions and the value of enhanced co-operation and co-working accross all aspects of the services.
The feedback session will be chaired by the Office of the National Director of Clinical Care.
Physiotherapy classes for people with MS commences on Tuesday, 23rd April for 8 weeks (no classes 7th May & 4th June)
Group Physiotherapy classes for PwMS will start on the 5th March and run for 8 weeks.
Self Management & Wellness course for people with MS commences on Tuesday, 16th April for 6 weeks.
Physiotherapy classes will commence on the 16th January and will run every Wednesday.
Ongoing Aqua -exercise Class every Wednesday from 11am - 12 noon. €4 per week on arrival. No booking needed
