World MS Day 2020 is set to be a very different affair to previous years. The international day of awareness and fundraising is met with a whole new set of challenges this year. Now, more than ever the MS community need support and advice.

World MS is officially marked on 30 May. It brings the global MS community together to share stories, raise awareness and campaign with everyone affected by multiple sclerosis (MS).
To mark World MS Day on May 30th 2020 from 10-30am-12.45pm join us for a morning of mindful practices, calm and wellbeing, suitable for those new to mindfulness and those who practice regularly. All are welcome
To celebrate the #MSConnections campaign, on World MS Day, the global MS movement will gather together to ‘Tune in for MS’.
Coming of Age with Multiple Sclerosis – An education programme for those interested in updating their knowledge of Multiple Sclerosis.
