MS Research Update at University of Galway

Here is the latest update on groundbreaking MS research at University of Galway, led by Dr. Una FitzGerald and her team. Their work is helping to deepen understanding and improve treatments for Multiple Sclerosis.

Dr. Una FitzGerald, Associate Professor of Biomedical Engineering and Principal Investigator of the Multiple Sclerosis and Neurodegenerative Diseases Research Group at University of Galway, is at the forefront of innovative MS research in Ireland. As a funded investigator in CÚRAM, the Science Foundation Ireland Centre for Research in Medical Devices, and co-founder of the All Ireland MS Research Network (AIMS-RN), Dr. FitzGerald’s work is helping to deepen understanding and advance treatment options for MS.
