Ranging from physiotherapy, yoga, coffee mornings, therapy tasters and outings, these events are great ways to learn from others and share experiences in an informal setting.

Our fun 'kiss' survey has revealed that almost two-thirds of people want to kiss goodbye to unhealthy eating habits in 2017. 24% want to kiss goodbye to too much screen time, and 11% aim to bid farewell to spending too much time at work. 2% claim that they plan to kiss goodbye to their partner! The survey was carried out to highlight the Kiss Goodbye to MS campaign for MS research and vital services for people with Multiple Sclerosis.
