Introduction to Mindfulness - Kerry - six week online class starts Wednesday 10th September. There are both daytime and evening classes on offer - times to be confirmed

The Southern Region will be starting a six week online FACETS -Fatigue Management - programme for people who have recently diagnosed with MS starting on Tuesday 16th September at 6.30pm. 

This is a six week programme, and commitment is advised for the six weeks to make sure you get the best out of the programme.
