Weekly Physio-led group exercise classes for PwMS (ongoing).  Strength and conditioning classes for people who use a walking aid/wheelchair.  Every Thursday at 2.30pm to 3.30pm.  Between 11th March to 8th April 2021.  Classes are held via Zoom.
