Eight week physiotherapy programme for People living with MS - Strand A Cork. Starts Monday 10th October at 7pm.

Six week yoga programme for people in Midleton and surrounds living with MS. Wednesdays 12pm to 1pm

Weekly Online Physiotherapist Led Exercise Classes for People with MS.  A course for people with MS to experience exercise as a way of supporting positive health and well being.  Classes are held every Tuesday at 10am online via Zoom.  Please contact North East Regional Office on: 042 9754304 or Email: northeast@ms-society.ie to register your name.
