North East Region - Online "Introduction to Mindfulness" - Morning Class

We would like to invite people living with MS to take part in a 6 week online, "Introduction to Mindfulness" class.  Participants will learn the basic skills of mindfulness and how to use these skills in their everyday lives to support them with their MS.  Classes will take place every Tuesday morning from 10.30am - 12.00noon, online via Zoom for 6 weeks.

Mid West Weekly Online Yoga Classes

Weekly online Yoga classes for people with MS – a course designed to support positive health and well-being through Yoga. Classes take place every Tuesday at 12:00 pm online via Zoom and are led by Donal Quirke. These sessions are open to Strand A and Strand B participants.

NB. Strand A refers to people who do not use a walking aid, Strand B refers to people who do use a walking aid and Strand C refers to people who are wheelchair users.
