Online Mindfulness Course

Mindfulness has been found to have many benefits for managing various MS symptoms including fatigue, cognition issues, stress, depression and anxiety, pain and spasticity and improved sleep, coping and a sense of wellbeing, all of which contributed to an increased quality of life.

This online class for People with MS is an 8 week course to be held on Tuesday mornings at 10.15am - 11.45am commencing 7th February.
