Seven week physiotherapy programme for those living with MS - Strand A. Currently online via Zoom

Seven week physiotherapist led programme for those living with MS - Strand B. Currently online via Zoom

On Saturday, 25 March 2023 we will be holding an information seminar for people who have been diagnosed with MS in the past 6 years.  This seminar is aimed at people with MS living in Carlow, Kilkenny, Tipperary South, Waterford and Wexford.  Schedule for the day is as follows: 

 10.00am                Registration / Tea/Coffee & biscuits  

10.15am                 Welcome, MS Ireland  and outline MS Ireland services in the South East 

 10.30am               MS, a medical overview & Q&A - Dr Orla Tuohy, Consultant Neurologist UHW

 11.30am                Person with MS - Person with MS talking about their experience of diagnosis

 12.10pm                Tea / coffee and a short input re: importance of exercise, movement & nutrition 

  12.30pm               Psychological Aspects of receiving a diagnosis  - Think Psychology

 1.30pm                 LUNCH
