MS Ireland South East Regional Office are organising a meet up for people with MS aged 18 to 43 years living in the South East on Saturday, 31 August in the Woodford Dolmen Hotel, Carlow. ECTRIMS Patient Community Day

ECTRIMS Patient Community Day is an online and onsite event hosted by the European Committee for Treatment and Research in Multiple Sclerosis and proudly supported by MS Ireland. South East - 6 week Online Mindfulness Course - 26 September to 31 October

We would like to invite people with MS to take part in a 6 week online Mindfulness Course. Participants will learn the basic skills of mindfulness and how to use these skills in their everyday lives to support them with their MS. It will take place every Thursday from 6.15pm to 7.15pm, dates: 26 September to 31 October. The cost is €30 per person. Family Day Out - Saturday, 28th September 2024

MS Ireland South East Region are planning a Family Day out in the SETU Arena, Carriganore, Waterford for families living with MS in the South East.

Come along and enjoy a family day out. Inflatable obstacle courses, ball games and lots of fun activities for the children. Parents, enjoy tea/coffee, refreshments and a chat. Age group guide for children 4-12 years.

Followed by lunch for everyone!
