Following on from the infamous Louth v Meath replay incident of 2010 organisers and DkIT students, Aileen Gaskin, Chloe McGuckin and Eimear O’Brien decided to take matters into their own hands and find out once and for all who is the rightful owner of the title of Cookie Champions.
