The World Health Organisation has warned that cases of dementia are set to soar in the coming decades. Some 35.6 million people were living with dementia in 2010 but that figure is set to double to 65.7 million by 2030.

Oisin McGann author/illustrator has contacted MS READaTHON HQ and he is holding a competition... yes, one lucky winner will become a cameo character in his next book! Excited!! 

The closing date for the competition is Friday, 15th June. Winner announced on the 15th July.

Today we launched World MS Day, which takes place on the 30th of May. To kick of our celebrations, Taragh, Sara and Lorraine from the office headed to the Montessori Education Centre on Dublin’s northside, to host an extra special McVitie's Digestive Tea Party!

National Carers Week takes place from June 18th to 24th

On Friday, 18th May MS Ireland played host to the 'Friends of the MS Care Centre' Lunch at the Four Seasons Hotel, Dublin. With 150 guests attending on the day and many more offering donations to support the MS Care Centre the event was a fantastic success!
