Linda McDonald is a student of Maynooth University, working with MS Ireland during the summer of 2024 to understand and improve the experience of volunteers in MS Ireland.
The research aims to explore the motivations that attract volunteers to work at MS Ireland, and the factors that contribute to volunteers’ sustained involvement with MS Ireland.
