Weekly Physiotherapist led Exercise Classes for people with MS – a course for people with MS to experience exercise as a way of supporting positive health and wellbeing. North East Region are delighted to introduce a new online book club for people with MS living in the North East region. Starting on Tuesday 23rd September from 3-4pm, online via Zoom. Group will then meet every 4-6 weeks.
