Participants will learn the basic skills of mindfulness and how to use these skills in their everyday lives to support them in their MS. Classes will take place every Monday evening from 7.00pm - 8.30pm, online via Zoom.

New Fatigue Management Classes for people living with MS in Co. Laois, starting on Tuesday 28th October at 7.15pm in the Parish Centre, Portlaoise. Each session combines gentle exercise with informative talks focused on understanding fatigue, improving energy levels and enhancing overall wellbeing.
