We would like to invite people living with MS in Co. Longford & Westmeath to take part in a 6 week online Introduction to Mindfulness class. Participants will learn the basic skills of mindfulness and how to use these skills in their everyday lives to support them in their MS. Classes will take place every Monday evening from 7.00pm - 8.30pm, online via Zoom.
