Able2access blog is the brainchild of Declan Groger. Declan was diagnosed with RRMS in 1988 but only started using a wheelchair outside the home about 8 years ago. It was on a trip to Rome with his wife for their 25th wedding anniversary, that he decided to rent a wheelchair and  says “it was the best thing I ever did”
