Join us for a get together to mark World MS Day, where as well as enjoying refreshments and good company, we join with B Braun in hosting Jane O’Brien, Urology Clinical Nurse Specialist Mercy University Hospital, Cork, who will give a talk on urinary health and Multiple Sclerosis.

A six week Activator poles programme will start at 11am on Thursday March 2025 in Tower (near Blarney) with Hugh O'Loughlin, MS Move Smart Senior Phsyiotherapist.
Please note, this class is for people living with MS who do not use a walking aid, or who use one stick. If you have any questions about this, please let us know
The Southern Region will be starting a six week online FACETS -Fatigue Management - programme starting on Wednesday 12th March at 11am.
This is a six week programme, and commitment is advised for the six weeks to make sure you get the best out of the programme.
