Weekly Yoga Classes for people with MS will be held on Saturdays at 11am, starting on April 26th for 10 weeks, with yoga teacher Tara Travers at the Evergreen Centre in Terenure, Dublin 6. The cost is €50.

To mark World MS Day, join us for Betty Duffy’s 10th and final Tea Day, featuring lots of traditional homemade goodies throughout the day. All proceeds will support those living with Multiple Sclerosis in the Roscommon area.

To mark World MS Day, on Saturday, 31st May 2025, the Louth Branch will host a vintage car show, family day, and fundraiser at Ardee Parish Centre, Hale Street, Ardee, Co. Louth. 

This fun-filled day will offer something for all ages while raising awareness and funds in support of people living with Multiple Sclerosis. Everyone is welcome to join.

We’re delighted to welcome mindfulness practitioner Olive Houston, who will lead a special mindfulness session.

Date for your diary - Family Day on Saturday, 27th September in SETU Arena, Waterford.   
 
This event is aimed at parents who have MS and their children (age 4-12 years). There will be a bouncy castle and games for the children while parents can enjoy a tea/coffee and a chat.  Afterwards there will be lunch for everyone.
