Weekly Yoga classes for people with MS - A course for people with MS to experience Yoga as a way of supporting positive health & well-being. Join us in Mallow for a pre Christmas get together in splendid surroundings! Join us for light refreshments and a chance to meet up with others from the Mallow area. 

MS Ireland North East regional office would like to offer you an opportunity to meet with other young people, aged 18yrs - 43yrs with MS living in the North East Region with similar experiences, and discuss topics that matter to you. This could be a great way to connect with others who understand your experiences and to hear about updates and resources from the MS community. We will finalise the location, date and time based on the level of interest shown with a tentative plan for a Saturday morning event.

North East Region are holding their online FACETS Programme on Thursday, 6th February 2025 from 11am - 12.30pm for 6 weeks. Given the progressional structure of the course, it is advised that participants attend continually for 6 weeks to benefit from the course.
