Unspeakable Bits Webinar - Energy Conservation 20 Feb at 7pm

The Unspeakable Bits is ready to begin our 2025 series of webinars. Join us on February 20th (instead of February 18th as originally planned) at 7pm (Irish Time) as we launch our first episode of the year: “Energy Conservation”

Our panel of experts will talk about ways to keep your energy reserves intact as we make our way through our lives with multiple sclerosis. We’ll discuss tactics and strategies both tactical and strategic to help us all make the most of limited resources as well as reducing fatigue and getting the most out of an MS day.

As always, we’ll take your questions and speak the unspeakable.

Register below and we’ll see you on the 20th of February.
