The Mid-West region is running an Aqua Aerobics programme in collaboration with Limerick Sports Partnership, starting on Monday, 23rd September at 2pm. The programme will run for six weeks at St. Gabriel's Centre, Springfield Drive, Dooradoyle, Limerick.

We would like to invite people with MS to take part in a 6 week online Mindfulness Course. Participants will learn the basic skills of mindfulness and how to use these skills in their everyday lives to support them with their MS. It will take place every Thursday from 6.15pm to 7.15pm, dates: 7 November to 12 December 2024. The cost is €30 per person. MS Irelands Annual Raffle will begin at the start of September until the 14th of October, we will be selling raffle tickets to raise some much needed funds to support our Care Centre.
The Care Centre provides short-term specialised respite care for people with MS and services including yoga, art therapy and physiotherapy, while also allowing carers who are often family members, an important break.
