A six week Activator poles programme will start at 11am on Thursday March 2025 in Tower (near Blarney) with Hugh O'Loughlin, MS Move Smart Senior Phsyiotherapist.
Please note, this class is for people living with MS who do not use a walking aid, or who use one stick. If you have any questions about this, please let us know
The Southern Region will be starting a six week online FACETS -Fatigue Management - programme starting on Wednesday 12th March at 11am.
This is a six week programme, and commitment is advised for the six weeks to make sure you get the best out of the programme.

The webinar will cover emerging discoveries, new treatments, and showcase the groups involved in this year’s events.

The All Ireland Multiple Sclerosis (AIMS) Research Network is set to host a key event aimed at strengthening the collaboration between the academic, clinical, and MS communities. The event will take place on Friday, June 6, 2025, from 09:30 to 18:00 at Maynooth University, TSILT2, TSI Building. Register here
Brain Awareness Week is an annual awareness initiative which aims to promote greater awareness of the brain and brain conditions, as well as the need for more investment in services, research and prevention. The Neurological Alliance of Ireland has led the way in promoting and co-ordinating the week throughout Ireland since 2005. This year's Brain Awareness Week takes place from March 10th to March 16th 2025. Join the conversation by using the hashtag is #brainawarenessweek2025.
