Join us on Saturday, 12th April, from 10:30am to 2pm for a free Wellness Day for people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and their carers in County Roscommon and surrounding areas. This special event focuses on promoting wellbeing and providing support for those living with MS.

MS Ireland is excited to launch the 2025 Dip a Day in May Challenge, building on the incredible success of last year’s event. This year, we’re making an even bigger splash—10,000 dips for the 10,000 people living with MS in Ireland!
