A coffee morning for people with MS will be held on Wednesday, 6 May at 11am in the Orchard House, Kilkenny.
This will be an opportunity to meet other people living with MS in Co Kilkenny for tea/coffee, scones and a chat. MS Ireland Community Worker for Carlow/Kilkenny, Miriam Gray, will also be in attendance.

Weekly Yoga classes for people with MS - A course for people with MS to experience Yoga as a way of supporting positive health & well-being. Classes are held on Thursdays in Wexford Town. We would like to invite people living with MS to take part in a 6 week online "Time to Rest" mindfulness class. Participants will learn the basic skills of mindfulness and how to use these skills in their everyday lives to support them with their MS. Classes will take place every Monday evening from 7.00pm - 8.00pm, online via Zoom for 6weeks.
