Weekly Yoga Classes for People with MS, Saturdays at 11am

Weekly Yoga Classes for people with MS will be held on Saturdays at 11am, starting on April 11th for 10 weeks, with yoga teacher Tara Travers at the Evergreen Centre in Terenure, Dublin 6. The cost is €50.

A coffee morning will be held on Thursday, 23 April at 11am in the Arboretum, Co Carlow.  This will be an opportunity to meet other people living with MS in Co Carlow for tea/coffee, scones and a chat. Weekly Yoga classes for people with MS - A course for people with MS to experience Yoga as a way of supporting positive health & well-being. Classes are held on Thursdays in Wexford Town. Chair yoga classes for people living with MS in Co. Westmeath.  Classes are on a Tuesday from 11.30am - 12.30pm in the Springfield Mullingar.

We would like to invite people living with MS to take part in a 6 week online "Time to Rest" mindfulness class.  Participants will learn the basic skills of mindfulness and how to use these skills in their everyday lives to support them with their MS. Classes will take place every Monday evening from 7.00pm - 8.00pm, online via Zoom for 6weeks.
