This relaxing and welcoming event will feature a guided mindfulness and mini sound bath session with qualified mindfulness instructor and sound bath facilitator Katarzyna Slabon.
The event offers an opportunity to take time out, connect with others, and enjoy a calm and supportive environment while marking World MS Day.

Join MS Ireland Midlands Region for an online World MS Day information talk on Fatigue and Wellness on Wednesday 20 May at 7:30pm via Zoom.
The session will be presented by Alison Holmes and will explore fatigue management and wellbeing for people living with MS.
Midlands Regional Community Workers Mary Leonard and Ciara Naughton will also be in attendance.
This online event offers an opportunity to learn more, ask questions, and connect in a supportive setting from the comfort of your home.

Join the MS Ireland South Mayo Branch for a special World MS Day trip to the Sheraton Hotel, Athlone from Wednesday 3 June to Friday 5 June 2026.
This relaxing two-night break includes bed & breakfast, dinner on Thursday evening, and complimentary wellness activities including a facial demo, aqua aerobics, and bread making.
The trip offers a great opportunity to connect with others in a supportive and social setting while marking World MS Day.

The Louth Branch will host a Vintage Car Show on Saturday, 30 May 2026 from 10:00am to 4:00pm at Ardee Parish Centre.
Taking place to mark World MS Day, this event is held in memory of Sinead McArdle, a driving force behind MS Louth.
The day will include a vintage car show, raffle, music, and tea and coffee. A car boot sale will also take place, with donations welcome.
“My Shadow – Living with MS” opens on 29 April and will run for 6 weeks in Kildare Town Library.
The exhibition features “Lotus Brain Scan” by Ruth Burden, winner of the 2025 MS Ireland sweatshirt design competition.
The piece represents the artist’s personal journey with Multiple Sclerosis and aims to raise awareness of the condition, highlighting some of the challenges faced by people living with disability within our community.
This exhibition is taking place as part of activities to mark World MS Day.
