Join us for a coffee morning for people living with MS in Westmeath on Wednesday 26th November from 11am - 1pm at the Mullingar Park Hotel. Come along for a relaxed morning of tea/coffee, scones and chat and take the opportunity to meet Ciara our new Regional Community Worker for Longford/Westmeath. It's a great chance to meet others in the region living with MS and share experiences.

New Fatigue Management Classes for people living with MS in Co. Laois, starting on Tuesday 28th October at 7.15pm in the Parish Centre, Portlaoise. Each session combines gentle exercise with informative talks focused on understanding fatigue, improving energy levels and enhancing overall wellbeing.

We would like to invite people living with MS in Co. Longford & Westmeath to take part in a 6 week online Introduction to Mindfulness class. Participants will learn the basic skills of mindfulness and how to use these skills in their everyday lives to support them in their MS. Classes will take place every Monday evening from 7.00pm - 8.30pm, online via Zoom.

Six week activator poles programme for people living with MS and other neurological conditions.
Activator poles are an adaption of nordic walking poles and have been developed to improve balance and increase mobility.
This programme is particularly focussed at people with balance concerns or mobility issues who do not use a walking aid, or who use one stick or crutch.
The cost is €20 for the whole programme.
